Well we did our second Susan G. Koman, "Race for the cure." It’s a 5k around the Pasadena Rose Bowl. We did late registration and our numbers were in the 10 thousand so there were at least that many people. Jennifer Love Hewitt was the spokesperson, and there were a good amount of sponsors giving away free products. The race was good... we both finished with better times than last year so that’s good.

We bought a car. Its a 2002 Toyota Highlander. Its got 40,000 miles on it and the price was good. We are really happy with it and are more than likely going to use it to drive up to Canada to visit our friends Derek and Fawnda. In other news. I accepted a job with Best Buy again. I'm looking forward to getting a steady income again. It always bothered me that I was just spending money and not getting any coming in. Amanda is working in Monrovia at a tutoring company. She is an independent contractor and is getting a steady stream of clientele. We are slowly but surely reincorporating ourselves back into our American lifestyle.

So Amanda and I were thinking of having our ceremony here. We did some research and found its not that expensive. They are really relaxed about what you can do there etc. Now we are just trying to figure the weather etc.

I'm thinking of taking Aikido. I have researched a couple places her in Pasadena but I can't decide where to go. There are numerous styles of Aikido and I have no idea which to take. I also want to take kendo. If you haven’t seen the movie "The Hunted", the 1995 Christopher Lambert one not the more recent one....see it. It has an amazing fight sequence on a train with ninjas and samurai.
